A highly versatile senior executive, Robyn Frank brings her history of leading and achieving continuous business growth and efficiencies in large organizations and her demonstrated ability to obtain results and to create new markets and business opportunities to Resion as the company’s Director of Quality.
Prior to joining Resion in 2017, Ms. Frank served as Managing Partner at Asset Management & Services International where, for three years, she provided business services to aviation customers, including fleet management, leasing support, brokering, business growth targets and strategies, teaming and government proposal support.Utilizing contacts in both the military and commercial marketplace, Ms. Frank identified emerging opportunities, intercompany synergies and portfolio-shaping strategies to grow existing businesses. Ms. Frank was also a Senior VP of Business Development at ASRC Federal and Managing Partner at RF Consulting LLC.
Robyn Frank spent 20 years, from 1991-2011, at Lockheed Martin, where she was Director of Strategic Planning. Additionally, as Director of Enterprise Transformation and Alamo Program Manager at Kelly Aviation Center (KAC), created an LMM baseline assessment and applied the results to enhance the IT infrastructure and integration with subcontractors supporting component repair, kitting, distribution and transportation at the engine depot. She led this improvement utilizing Integrated Product Teams (IPT) for supply chain improvement activities enhancing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to adapt them to a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment. During her tenure at Lockheed Martin, Ms. Frank was a member of the Sandia National Laboratories Board of Governance, Director of Strategic Operational Planning and was Director of Enterprise Transformation and Alamo Program Manager at Kelly Aviation, a start-up business entity created to take over the operations of San Antonio Air Logistics Center at Kelly AFB. Ms. Frank also served as a Corporate Environmental Safety and Health Manager for LM.
She received her Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Purchase with a degree in environmental science.
